Privacy Policy for No Ad Apps

This privacy policy applies to all apps published by No Ad Apps, including No Ad Hangman and No Ad Currency Converter. One exception is noted below for No Ad Meal Planning, which uses cloud sync to power Household Sharing.

Information We Collect

No Ad Apps does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data. We do not know who you are, where you are, or how you use our apps. (See the Cloud-Synced Data section below for the one exception, No Ad Meal Planning.)

Data Storage

All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. (See the Cloud-Synced Data section below for the one exception, No Ad Meal Planning.)

Cloud-Synced Data (No Ad Meal Planning)

No Ad Meal Planning is the one app in the No Ad Apps family with a cloud backend, used specifically to power its Household Sharing feature (letting everyone in a family see and edit the same recipes and meal plan in real time). For this app only, the statements above about fully local storage do not apply. Specifically:

• Recipes, meal plans, ratings, family member profiles (including allergy and dislike tags), and household membership are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Firestore and Firebase Storage for recipe photos), not only on your device.
• This data is scoped to your household (identified by a join code, not a personal account) and is only accessible to devices that have joined that household.
• We still do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It exists solely to make Household Sharing work.
• Leaving a household or deleting a recipe removes it from shared storage per the choices described in the app itself.

Exchange Rate Data (Currency Converter)

The Currency Converter app fetches publicly available exchange rate data to display current rates. No personal information is sent as part of this request.

Third Parties

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services of any kind.

In-App Purchases

Where applicable, purchase information is handled entirely by Apple's App Store and is not accessible to us.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
